Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy physical goods from Bloom & Bobbin. Bloom & Bobbin is operated by Daniel Sevillano, established in Spain. Contact: dsevillanonavarro123@gmail.com.

Seller and fulfilment

Bloom & Bobbin is the seller responsible for your purchase. We may use third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to store, pack and ship goods directly to you, but this does not transfer our responsibilities to those providers.

Products

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and any known material variation will be described where relevant.

Prices and charges

The product price and any delivery charge collected by us are displayed before you place the order. Taxes that we are legally required to collect at the point of sale must be included or added before you commit to payment.

Placing an order

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. You make an offer to buy when you submit the order and payment. We may reject or cancel an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, a pricing error is obvious, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after taking payment, amounts due will be refunded.

Payment

You must provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Checkout makes clear when an action creates an obligation to pay.

Delivery

Delivery estimates and charges are explained before purchase and in our Shipping & Delivery page. Unless a different period is clearly agreed with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days.

Cancellation and returns

UK consumers buying online normally have a 14-day right to cancel after receiving goods, subject to statutory exceptions. Our Returns & Refunds page explains how to cancel, where to return goods and when refunds are issued.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for their usual purpose.

Responsibility for goods

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive them, subject to applicable law.

Consumer rights

These terms do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of the country in which they live. If you are a UK consumer, your mandatory UK consumer rights remain available to you.
