How fulfilment works
Some Bloom & Bobbin orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by specialist third-party fulfilment partners. Bloom & Bobbin remains the seller responsible for your order and customer support.
Tracked delivery to the UK
All orders delivered to the United Kingdom qualify for Free Tracked Delivery, with no minimum spend. There is no additional shipping charge at checkout.
UK delivery estimate
For many standard delivery routes to the UK, a practical estimate is around 10–15 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date because timing can vary by product, fulfilment location, carrier, customs processing and peak periods.
Delivery deadline
Unless we clearly agree a different delivery period with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order. If a delivery problem means this cannot be met, contact us so the order can be resolved in line with your legal rights.
Tracking
Tracking is provided when it is available for the service used for your order. Tracking information may take a little time to appear after fulfilment begins.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment has started.
Delayed or missing parcels
