This page explains cancellation, return and refund rights for purchases from Bloom & Bobbin. It does not reduce any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changing your mind
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you may normally cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parts, the cancellation period normally runs from receipt of the last part.
To cancel, email dsevillanonavarro123@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to use it.
Returning a cancelled order
After telling us that you are cancelling, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you tell us. Contact us before returning anything so we can give you the correct return instructions and return address for that order. Do not return a parcel to the address printed on the original package unless we have confirmed it.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods after a change-of-mind cancellation.
You may inspect goods in the way you reasonably could in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods and causes a loss in value, a lawful deduction may be made from the refund.
Refund timing
Where the right to cancel applies, we will issue the refund using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, within 14 days after you provide evidence that you sent the goods back. Where required by law, the refund includes the cost of standard outbound delivery.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially not as described, contact us as soon as possible at dsevillanonavarro123@gmail.com with your order number and, where useful, clear photos or video. We will arrange the appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
